The island of Krk is easy to reach - as the northernmost island on the coast of Croatia, it is the closest island to Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary or the Czech republic. The highway past Rijeka directly leads to the bridge that connects Krk to the mainland - no ferry needed. Crossing the bridge ist free (tolls were abolished a few years ago), and possible 24/7.

Once on the island, the main road (Route 102) goes directly to the city of Krk. The apartment Nelamore is only a few minutes from the edge of the city of Krk.

You can park directly at the apartment - a large private parking space, lockable with a small gate, is for your exclusive use as a guest of the apartment.

From the Apartman Nelamore you can walk to the beach in 4 minutes, eat at some nice restaurants (e.g. punta di galetto is recommended, and only 7 minutes away on foot), and you can reach the historic center of the city of Krk in 10 minutes on foot.
